*Please Note: New Exhibitors are required to submit images of their work for approval, before booking!*

To secure your booking, we require the Full Payment to be made along with the completed Booking Form.

You will be directed to the payment page immediately after submitting your Form.

*Please Note: We only accept handmade craft items for our events. Please do not complete this form if your items are not handmade!*
(We reserve the right to refuse bookings that do not meet our specified criteria)

Craft Fair details

Venue	Columcille Centre 2 Newbattle Terrace, Morningside
Date	Saturday 6th December 2008
Time	10am - 4pm
Table Hire	£29.50 per table.
Booking Payment	Full Payment of £29.50 required to secure a booking. The Full Amount includes a £20 deposit. (Please refer to our Cancellation Policy)
Table Booking	On a first come first served basis. Please Note: A booking will not be confirmed until we receive both the complete Booking Form and Full Payment.
