*Please Note: New Exhibitors are required to submit images of their work for approval, before booking!*

To secure your booking, we require the Full Payment to be made along with the completed Booking Form.

You will be directed to the payment page immediately after submitting your Form.

*Please Note: We only accept handmade craft items for our events. Please do not complete this form if your items are not handmade!*
(We reserve the right to refuse bookings that do not meet our specified criteria)

Venue	Portobello Town Hall 147 - 149 High Street, Portobello
Date	Saturday 11th September 2010
Time	10am - 4pm
Table Hire	HALL FLOOR - £32.50 per table.
Booking Payment	Full Payment of £32.50 required to secure a booking. (Please refer to our Cancellation Policy)
Table Booking	On a first come first served basis. Please Note: A booking will not be confirmed until we receive both the complete Booking Form and Full Payment.

If you do have any additional free-standing displays (e.g. hanging rails, easels, folio stands etc.) please ensure that it fits within or behind your allocated 6ft table space. We would recommend booking an additional table space if you are at all unsure. For Health & Safety reasons, strictly nothing to be situated in front of or to the sides of your table.*
